Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (coursework in computer science or behavioral sciences preferred).
• One year of hands-on experience through internship, self-learning, or a technical training program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data trends.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with scripting, automation, and AI governance principles.
• Passion for continuous learning in AI ethics and human services applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI applications using Abacus.ai and Power Studio.
• Develop automated workflows and integrate AI tools with third-party systems.
• Support generative AI initiatives in areas like session documentation and data analysis.
• Ensure AI solutions align with HIPAA, ethical AI standards, and KVC’s governance policies.
• Provide training and support for AI tools to enhance adoption across teams.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation.
