About The Position

Protiviti is looking for an AI Solutions Developer Senior Consultant to join our growing Artificial Intelligence Innovation team. The Protiviti AI Studio is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth. It supports ideation, experimentation and enablement, providing organizations an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, access to tools and expertise to turn AI concepts into real business impact. The AI Solutions Developer will be part of Protiviti’s AI Studio. They will help turn AI concepts into practical solutions for clients by developing and showcasing demonstrations and prototypes that address real-world challenges. Working through experimentation and iterative prototyping, they will contribute to reusable solution assets and support scalable future implementations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science or related field).
• 2+ years working designing and deploying cloud-based technology solutions, ideally incorporating AI-ML or advanced analytics capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence technology experimentation and/or prototyping.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI technologies and platforms strongly preferred.
• Programming languages and frameworks for AI development, including JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Certification such as AWS Certified AI Practitioner or Azure AI Engineer Associate are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creating AI-enabled prototypes and demonstrations, continuously building and iterating on prototypes to create an extensive portfolio of AI application starters to real-world business problems.
• Application development practices for building and iterating on AI-enabled solutions and prototypes.
• Working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud to support AI application development.
• Developing backend services, APIs, and application logic to support AI-enabled solutions; familiarity with frontend application development is a plus.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop functional prototypes to validate feasibility and applicability of AI technologies to practical use cases and challenges.
• Fostering innovation by identifying new AI technologies or methodologies that can enhance current processes or solve new challenges.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their business needs, translating these requirements into technical specifications for AI-enabled technology solutions.
• Working closely with AI solution architects, engineers and data scientists to transition and scale AI-ML prototypes into operational solutions/models.
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles and basic data privacy, access, and governance considerations when developing AI-enabled prototypes.
