With a builder-advisor (“forward deployed”) mindset, DDT delivers production-ready impact across operations and customer domains, redefining what enterprise AI advisory looks like in practice.Your RoleAs an AI Solutions & Engineering Director, you will define the technical vision, standards, and delivery model for enterprise AI across the practice. You will act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and CTO‑level leaders, shape the market narrative for AI engineering, and build a high‑performing organization capable of selling and delivering AI programs at global scale.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise software architecture or AI engineering
• Proven experience building and leading consulting capabilities
• Deep technical credibility with C‑suite and CTO‑level buyers
• Track record of sustained revenue growth and market leadership
• Recognized authority in enterprise AI architecture and engineering

Responsibilities

• Define the AI engineering vision, standards, and delivery methodology for the practice
• Sell, shape, and deliver large‑scale, multi‑year AI programs, owning technical scope, commercial outcomes, and delivery quality
• Own technically complex client portfolios where engineering excellence is the core differentiator
• Set the external technical narrative through thought leadership, partnerships, and executive forums
• Build, scale, and retain a high‑performing AI engineering organization, including senior technical leaders
