About The Position

As we continue to grow, we are investing heavily in AI to transform how we recruit, serve clients, support talent, and scale operations. We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect who will help us build the next generation of AI-powered systems that drive efficiency, automation, and exceptional customer experiences. This is not a research role. This is a builder role. We are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Architect who can identify business problems, architect solutions, and rapidly deploy AI-powered applications, automations, and workflows across the company. You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve how we source talent, evaluate candidates, onboard clients, manage operations, support account management, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is obsessed with execution, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of turning ideas into working systems quickly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and automation workflows.
  • Strong experience working with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent models.
  • Advanced proficiency with: Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Node.js
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Strong SQL and relational database expertise.
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and systems thinking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR technology, or workforce solutions.
  • Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with platforms such as: OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, n8n, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Zoho, Workable
  • Experience integrating AI into operational and customer-facing workflows.
  • Previous startup or high-growth company experience.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deploy AI-powered applications that solve real business problems and create operational leverage across the organization.
  • Design and deploy AI agents and automation systems that improve business performance.
  • Build AI-powered recruiting solutions for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
  • Create intelligent workflow automation across sales, client success, operations, finance, and compliance.
  • Develop internal productivity tools that improve decision-making and efficiency.
  • Identify manual processes that can be automated and transformed through AI.
  • Own the technical architecture behind our AI initiatives.
  • Write clean, scalable, production-ready code.
  • Design secure APIs and integrations across our technology ecosystem.
  • Build end-to-end systems leveraging LLMs, workflow orchestration platforms, databases, and third-party applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and built for scale.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models.
  • Prototype and test new approaches to increase productivity and automation.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and bring innovative solutions into production.
