About The Position
This role is to support automation and digitization of product development workflows. This role focuses on building custom AI and automation solutions that streamline scientific and engineering processes.
Requirements
- Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and automation tools
- Proficiency in Python or Bash
- Ability to architect solutions across siloed systems and digitize workflows
- Excellent communication skills for partnering with scientists, engineers, and SMEs
Responsibilities
- Map and transform complex diagnostic workflows into digitized, automated processes
- Design and deploy AI‑driven solutions using LLMs, Python/Bash scripting, and integration tools
- Build prompts, APIs, and automation frameworks to reduce manual tasks
- Ensure AI output quality, mitigate hallucinations, and maintain data privacy compliance
- Track KPIs and measure productivity gains from automation
- Lead change management and support adoption of new AI tools across teams
