About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill an AI Solution Principal (Sales & Business Development) position for our client. This role involves leading AI solution strategy, business development, and technical sales. The principal will identify and develop enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation opportunities. They will partner with clients to define AI use cases, architectures, and solutions, and support AI PoCs, client presentations, proposals, and solution strategy. A key responsibility is translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions and collaborating with AI/ML engineers, architects, and technical teams.
Requirements
- AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems.
- AI Solution Architecture, AI Strategy, Technical Sales, Business Development.
- RAG, intelligent automation, AI/ML frameworks, Python, Java.
- Client engagement, executive presentations, consultative selling.
- Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in AI solution architecture, AI consulting, technical sales, or business development.
- Experience with enterprise AI, GenAI, AI Agents, PoCs, and client-facing solution development.
- Experience developing AI strategies and driving new AI opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
