Requirements

4+ years of relevant professional experience
Deep understanding of AI concepts and applications
Demonstrated sophisticated skills in AI model development and deployment
Experience in building, supporting, and operating AI technology at enterprise scale
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and AI frameworks
Ability to work independently and interface with company and outside resources seamlessly to collect and synthesize information.

Nice To Haves

Experience in moving AI from possibility to production in real-world enterprise environments.
Familiarity with customer experience orchestration.

Responsibilities

Build, support, and operate AI-powered technology used by more than 8,000 organizations worldwide.
Develop and implement AI features, with over 150 new AI features released in the last fiscal year.
