About The Position

As a Software Engineer (AI) at Cisco, you will play a pivotal role in our digital transformation. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust AI/ML algorithms and models to address real-world business challenges.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability within production environments.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including system design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply these insights to improve product offerings.
