About The Position

Arthur makes it easy for enterprises to govern and secure AI agents at scale. As enterprises move from experimenting with AI to quickly being overrun with agents in production, they need a platform that automatically discovers what's running, governs how it behaves, and enforces policy in real time. That's what we're building, and we're looking for a product leader to help shape it. The role We're hiring a hands-on, experienced product manager to shape the future of the Arthur platform. This is a lead role reporting directly to executive leadership, with significant influence over product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution. Agentic AI security is a new domain. Product categories are still forming, they frequently overlap, and the landscape includes both established security vendors and fast-moving startups. You'll bring order to that complexity: synthesizing what's happening in the market, identifying where Arthur can win, and translating that into a product strategy the whole company can execute against. You'll be in front of customers regularly, testing hypotheses directly and personally helping land the first customers for new capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience with products at the intersection of AI and security.
• A track record of building product strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving markets where categories are still being defined.
• Demonstrated ability and genuine enthusiasm for direct customer engagement, including discovery, evaluation, and early sales conversations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software distribution: how large organizations evaluate and adopt platforms, and how self-serve and open source motions can accelerate (or complicate) that path.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders at large enterprises, from CISOs and platform leaders to the practitioners who use the product every day.
• Clear, confident communication. You can distill a messy landscape into a strategy a board, a customer, or an engineer can act on.

Responsibilities

• Help Arthur leadership define a product strategy that builds on our leadership in AI Observability and runtime security, and makes it easy for customers to adopt our technology within their existing security and AI stacks.
• Synthesize a complex, evolving competitive landscape of established players, emerging startups, and overlapping product categories into clear strategic recommendations.
• Engage directly with customers in a sales capacity to test and validate product hypotheses. You won't be going it alone, but you'll be expected to find and win the first few customers that prove a strategy is effective.
• Shape Arthur's distribution strategy for enterprise software, reducing friction in platform adoption, including evaluating self-serve and open source motions and making clear-eyed calls on their tradeoffs.
• Build credibility with key stakeholders at Fortune 100 through midmarket companies, navigating complex org structures to reach the security, AI, and platform teams that make adoption decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to turn strategy into shipped product and closed revenue.
• Craft and validate product messaging and positioning, running a continuous test-and-learn loop with customers and prospects.
