About The Position

Wipro is seeking a senior AI Security Advisor to lead security strategy and governance for AI initiatives and provide advisory oversight during ONYX Security (AISPM) implementation. The role focuses on AI Security Governance, AI Security Posture Management (AISPM), and advisory support for ONYX Security implementation. It also includes broader AI product and solution development leadership, client consultation, team management, talent development, and delivery oversight.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or security architecture.
Experience in AI/GenAI security, AI governance, and AISPM platforms.
Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Mandatory skill: data privacy.
Experience listed as 5–8 years; the description also lists 12+ years for cybersecurity, risk, or security architecture.

Nice To Haves

CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Define AI Security Posture Management (AISPM) strategy, governance, and controls.
Advise on ONYX Security implementation, architecture, and integration.
Conduct AI risk assessments covering data security, privacy, model risks, and compliance.
Align security controls with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and enterprise security standards.
Provide executive-level guidance, stakeholder management, and implementation oversight.
Manage product and solution development using appropriate AI techniques.
Lead development and implementation of custom solutions using modern AI technology.
Review use cases and assess whether products can be developed to provide business value.
Create product development strategy and integrate solutions with broader interfaces.
Create AI models and frameworks to address business problems.
Define product solutions using AI frameworks and architectures based on technology environments and client requirements.
Implement necessary security features for products.
Review use cases and identify current AI technologies that could be used in product development.
Identify problem areas, perform root-cause analysis, and provide solutions.
Track industry and application trends and apply them to current and future AI planning.
Create and delegate development work plans to programming teams.
Share knowledge and best practices with the Holmes advisory board.
Develop and maintain client relationships with strategic partners and decision-makers.
Lead discussions and advise on product design based on customer needs.
Participate in client interactions and gather product development insights.
Work with vertical delivery and business teams to respond to RFPs and client requirements.
Assist with product demonstrations and gather client feedback.
Prepare product-focused presentations for seminars, meetings, and enclaves.
Forecast team talent requirements based on current and future business needs.
Hire appropriate team resources.
Support onboarding and training to develop team capability and effectiveness.
Build an internal talent pool and support career progression.
Manage team attrition and promote diversity in leadership positions.
Set team goals, conduct timely performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.
Ensure Performance Nxt is followed across the team.
Lead team engagement initiatives, track satisfaction scores, and identify ways to improve engagement.
Support continuous technical project management and delivery, including adoption of new technologies, IP and MVP creation, patents, and research papers.
Promote client centricity through automation, on-time delivery, cost management, and optimal resource allocation.
Build team capabilities through training in new-age skills and internal or external webinars.
