About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to support a strategic Just in Time JIT Access implementation initiative. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing AI driven solutions that enhance identity security, automate access management processes, and improve privileged access governance across the enterprise. The ideal candidate combines expertise in AIML, security engineering, and Identity Access Management (IAM) to drive intelligent automation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI powered solutions supporting JIT access provisioning and privileged access management workflows
  • Build intelligent automation capabilities to streamline access requests, approvals, and entitlement reviews
  • Develop machine learning models and predictive analytics to identify access patterns, risk indicators, and anomalous behavior
  • Integrate AI solutions with IAM and PAM platforms including SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and application teams to implement Zero Trust and least privilege access principles
  • Develop REST API integrations between access management platforms and enterprise systems
  • Build dashboards, reporting, and metrics that measure JIT adoption, risk reduction, and operational effectiveness
  • Support AI model deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement
  • Participate in architecture discussions and provide recommendations for scalable identity security solutions
