About The Position

As an AI Security Architect, you’ll be part of our IT team. You will play a critical role in both securing our internally developed AI systems and protecting the organization’s broader technology environment from AI-driven threats. This role requires a proactive approach to designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures that address vulnerabilities within our proprietary AI solutions, while also helping defend against sophisticated attacks leveraging AI technologies in a complex, heavily matrixed Global operating environment. Your expertise will help ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets, supporting compliance and organizational resilience in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • 2+ years AI Security Architecture experience
  • Relevant experience in security roles focused on AI, data analysis, or similar domains.
  • Proficient in identifying and mitigating risks outlined in the OWASP AI Top Ten
  • Hands‑on experience applying OWASP API Top Ten principles in real‑world systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages (especially Python) and AI model development.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, secure MCP configuration, and data modeling.
  • Expertise in application security, including secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, and remediation strategies.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks, tools (SIEMs, EDRs, firewalls, encryption), and major operating systems.
  • Understanding of data privacy laws and compliance standards.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage security controls and best practices for proprietary AI models, platforms, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular assessments and adversarial testing to identify and mitigate unique vulnerabilities.
  • Secure the networking components of AI systems, including model gateways, inference APIs, feature stores, and distributed training clusters.
  • Implement zero‑trust principles across AI microservices, model endpoints, and inter‑service communication channels.
  • Monitor for and respond to external threats that utilize AI technologies to target the organization’s systems, including automated exploitation, adversarial attacks, and social engineering campaigns powered by AI.
  • Use AI-powered tools and traditional methods to detect and investigate security incidents in real time across both AI and IT/OT/CT environments.
  • Train, audit, and maintain machine learning models used for threat detection and anomaly identification, ensuring resilience against adversarial manipulation.
  • Conduct penetration tests and develop robust mitigation strategies and incident response plans for both AI systems and the wider IT/OT/CT landscape.
  • Design and manage AI-driven security solutions, such as intelligent orchestration and automated response systems, to enhance organizational protection.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards for AI and data security and stay current with emerging threats and innovations.
