About The Position

Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win. We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. About The Role
We're looking for an AI Search Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you'll onboard new clients, support them in improving their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces, and grow your expertise alongside our senior strategists. You'll pair solid SEO fundamentals with strong communication skills, analyzing websites and search performance, preparing recommendations, and helping clients turn insights into action. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you'll also contribute to how we enable customers and shape best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, whether at an agency, in-house, or at a SaaS company
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO basics, content strategy, and search intent, plus curiosity about how organic performance drives business outcomes
• Comfort working directly with clients: you can present findings clearly and are eager to build your consulting skills
• Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
• Excitement about the shift from "10 blue links" to generative search, and motivation to learn fast at the frontier of that change
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for client calls, workshops, and written recommendations

Nice To Haves

• Experience at a top-tier SEO agency or supporting client-facing SEO projects
• Initial experience with AI search, or experimenting with how brands show up in AI assistants
• Exposure to building SEO playbooks, content strategies, or reporting for clients
• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in German

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate new clients, and educate them on how to get the most out of Peec AI to improve their visibility in AI search
• Review websites, content, and search performance to identify AI search opportunities across platforms, and turn your findings into clear recommendations
• Prepare for and co-lead advisory sessions with brands and agencies, working alongside senior strategists to build GEO strategies and roadmaps
• Support clients on day-to-day GEO questions, from strategic guidance to hands-on execution
• Manage a portfolio of clients, keeping a close eye on usage and account health, and flag churn risks or expansion opportunities to the team
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product to improve activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement materials
