About The Position

QAD | Redzone is redefining manufacturing and supply chains through its intelligent, adaptive platform. With the acquisition of Kavida.ai, QAD is fast-tracking its Champion AI roadmap, introducing agentic AI “digital workers” that automate critical procurement and supply-chain workflows. This role is part of a dedicated AI division focused on executing and scaling this strategy across customers, operating at the frontier of agentic AI for manufacturing.

Requirements

• Enterprise domain fluency: operational, end-to-end working knowledge of at least two of P2P, S2C, O2C, P2M, F2P, R2R.
• Solution-design thinking: ability to decompose vague business outcomes into agents and data flows.
• Low-code / natural-language comfort: hands-on experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Customer-facing credibility: workshop facilitation and executive-level presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Background at a major ERP vendor or process consultancy (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or a Big Four firm).
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling.
• Industry depth in manufacturing, particularly tier-one suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Run process discovery workshops with champion users to map enterprise processes (P2P, S2C, O2C, P2M, F2P, R2R), including current state, KPIs, manual effort, bottlenecks, and target state.
• Design agentic solutions by selecting appropriate agents to fix customer processes, determining if a greenfield build or brownfield plug-in is needed for existing systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer).
• Map KPIs to the platform, ensuring data and business context are sufficient to measure customer-defined metrics.
• Configure agents using natural language and drag-and-drop interfaces, setting triggers, decision logic, exceptions, KPIs, data sources, communications, company-specific rules, and hand-offs.
• Present the configured solution to customers, focusing on business outcomes like OTIF, working capital, cycle time, and cost reduction.
