Behind our platform are advanced technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling Orchid to provide unprecedented insight and action for enterprise identity security.
We are seeking a smart Research Analyst to join our Research group and work closely with customers and with Product, Research, and Development teams.
It's a hands-on technical role that blends security research, AI collaboration, and customer engagement in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where your work has real product impact.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge and experience with Python, .NET, and Java.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools
• Experience with leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment, work under pressure, and handle urgent incidents.
• Self-learning individual with problem-solving skills while acting as a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with code analysis
• Understanding of application security and enterprise authentication protocols
• Familiarity with identity & access management - IGA, PAM, ITDR, or cloud identity providers

Responsibilities

• Analyze source code across multiple languages to identify authentication and authorization flows, detect security risks, and work with large volumes of customer application data
• Work at the intersection of security research and AI - leveraging AI tools and contributing to the development of AI-driven analysis capabilities
• Participate in pre-sales and post-sales engagements - from POC to onboarding, delivering findings, and presenting insights to customer stakeholders
• Propose new features, and collaborate with the research team to bring ideas from concept to product
