About The Position

The Opportunity As an AI Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on implementing quality standards in software development and testing processes. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role, you will identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
