This role combines recruiting, outreach, talent research, psychology, and AI-enabled sourcing. You will help identify, evaluate, and engage high-potential candidates for business development, sales, operations, and other growth-oriented roles. The ideal person is fascinated by human nature. You notice patterns in people. You think about motivation, personality, ambition, resilience, communication style, learning speed, and character. You are also practical: you can use those insights to find and recruit people who can perform in real-world business roles. This is not a traditional HR role. It is closer to talent intelligence, recruiting strategy, and applied psychology.
