About The Position

TripleTen is seeking a hands-on, builder-focused Project Manager for AI Transformation to optimize content production and growth marketing operations. The role involves designing, prototyping, and scaling AI-assisted workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks and accelerate the go-to-market process for growth funnels. This is an execution-focused position requiring independent building and prototyping of workflows in undefined operational environments, bridging creative teams, automation tools, and pipeline execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or growth operations, specifically handling high-volume delivery pipelines.
• Demonstrated capability to independently build, test, and deploy complex workflow automations using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Direct proficiency engineering prompts and structuring workflows using foundational models (OpenAI, Claude) to solve real-world operational friction points.
• Proven track record of taking unorganized, highly manual workflows and successfully re-engineering them into clear, streamlined processes.
• Comfortable operating without pre-existing blueprints; highly realistic about the current limitations of AI and expert at balancing speed against quality.
• Strong communication skills with a history of successfully aligning creative (Copy, Design) and analytical (CRM, Growth) teams.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience configuring and managing user journeys within Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (video generation, automated image manipulation, or voice/audio workflows).
• Clear understanding of automated CRM workflows, behavioral triggers, and localized content delivery mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI-assisted workflows for content production and asset localization.
• Configure and maintain interactive growth funnel assembly lines using tools such as Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat.
• Launch and optimize practical AI pipelines across CRM systems, creative generation, messaging channels, and asset production.
• Coordinate fast-moving schedules and manage operational dependencies across the Copy, Design, CRM, and Growth teams.
• Audit legacy content production workflows and simplify complex, manual processes into lean, repeatable steps.
• Evaluate, integrate, and manage the ecosystem of no-code platforms, generative AI interfaces, and third-party operational vendors.
• Establish operational metrics and transformation reporting to track pipeline velocity and efficiency gains.
