About The Position
This individual will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related initiatives, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing AI, data, or advanced analytics programs in an agile environment
- Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at the C-suite level
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Experience working across both technical and business teams
- Local to Kansas City and willing to be onsite a minimum of three days a week
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/advanced analytics initiatives using agile methodologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, data, business) to define scope, roadmap, and value realization
- Establish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
- Drive adoption and change management
- Translate complex technical work into clear, business-focused updates for leadership
