AI Product Owner

As an AI Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will be responsible for building world-class medical coding software, working with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness, and leading a team of data scientists and software developers to enhance our chart confidence pipeline with the goal of improving client automation. You will also evaluate team member recommendations, provide detailed feedback, assess improvements, and report to internal stakeholders on the progress and accomplishments of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment.
- OR High School Diploma/GED from AND Fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment.
- 3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications.
- 3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science.
- 3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related from an accredited institution.
- Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with team members, product owners and other stakeholders to build world class medical coding software.
- Working with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness.
- Leading team of data scientists and software developers to enhance our chart confidence pipeline with the goal of improving client automation.
- Evaluating team member recommendations, providing detailed feedback and assessing improvements.
- Reporting to internal stakeholders on progress and accomplishments of the team.
- Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
