Join our global People Technology Services team as an AI Product & Innovation Owner! Help us revolutionize our human resources systems while providing exceptional support to our global workforce. This role is open to our US Hub locations (Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX).

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in AI for HR or Employee Experience landscape
Strong technical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with ability to support diverse stakeholder groups
Able to work independently with a high level of personal ownership within a global team
Currently local to Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

Drive new AI use case discovery and strategy
Define business requirements and use case vision
Design and prototype GenAI-based solutions (prompting, low-code tools)
Build POCs and support early-stage experimentation
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and vendor analysis
Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, and AI Hub
