Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in AI for HR or Employee Experience landscape
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to support diverse stakeholder groups
  • Able to work independently with a high level of personal ownership within a global team
  • Currently local to Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. The company does not provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new HR AI use case discovery and strategy
  • Define business requirements and use case vision
  • Design and prototype GenAI-based solutions (prompting, low-code tools)
  • Build POCs and support early-stage experimentation
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and vendor analysis
  • Support AI adoption initiatives
  • Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, and AI Hub
