About The Position

The AI Product Orchestrator is an AI-enabled product owner responsible for the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role serves as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the engineering pod. The core responsibility involves translating client product intent into requirements that are clear enough for agentic delivery. As code implementation accelerates, the quality of these requirements becomes the main bottleneck, making this skill the highest leverage for the role. The Product Orchestrator will also coach the team on modern AI ways of working and evolved agile practices as AI agents and the harness absorb work. With day-to-day agile ceremonies and tracking becoming increasingly automated, the role shifts towards strategic product ownership rather than process facilitation.

Requirements

• Azure DevOps (ADO Boards)
• Claude Code and Cowork
• Figma
• Some engineering background with a builder mindset
• Highly AI-enabled
• Professional English fluency, written and verbal
• Timezone overlap of at least 5 hours with PST working hours (8am–6pm PST)

Responsibilities

• Translates client product intent into requirements clear enough for agentic delivery to act on directly.
• Coaches the team on modern AI ways of working and evolved agile practices as work is absorbed by AI agents and the harness.
• Elevates the role toward strategic product ownership rather than process facilitation as agile ceremonies and tracking become automated.
