AI Product Manager

Dyno TherapeuticsWatertown, MA
$154,084 - $263,132Hybrid

About The Position

This role will drive development of Dyno’s AI products for biological design. You’ll work across modeling, software, and experimental validation to build systems that scientists use and trust. We’re looking for someone who wants to go beyond building models or tools in isolation, and instead work on systems that connect AI outputs to real experiments and, ultimately, therapies that help patients. At Dyno, every role is mission-driven. Whether in science, engineering, operations, or business, each AAViator contributes to solving some of the most complex challenges in genetic medicine. As an AI Product Manager, you will help define and build Dyno’s external AI products. You’ll work closely with scientists, engineers, and wet lab teams to turn complex biological problems into systems that can be deployed and iterated on.

  • Strong foundation in software development best practices, including version control, testing, deployment, and security.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and scale backend systems or APIs in production environments
  • Experience contributing to production-grade data AI-driven applications
  • Alignment with Dyno’s core values - We seek individuals who step up when things get tough, recalibrate when priorities shift, and thrive in a high-expectation environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you don’t just identify challenges; you find solutions
