About The Position
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager/ TPM with strong functional expertise in AI skills to lead and deliver complex, cross functional programs & end-to-end product ownership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in owning AI programs, program management, Agile/Scrum execution, stakeholder management, and requirements translation—bridging business needs with engineering delivery. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to drive clarity, manage risks, and ensure predictable delivery of high impact initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in AI Product Management / Technical Program Management.
- Functional experience with AI programs & skills.
- Sound experience on AI skills (Agentic), GenAI / LLM workflow automation & agentic workloads.
- Good experience on AI adoption strategy, governance & responsible-AI guardrails.
- Sound knowledge on RAG, vector databases, LLM APIs & MCP.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Proven ability to capture and document requirements as features, epics, and user stories.
- Experience managing business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and complex dependencies.
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence without authority.
