We are looking for an AI Product Manager to work shoulder to shoulder with our best-in-class AI hub engineering team and our most future-facing clients to build the next generation of AI agents for the accounting close. You’ll blend accounting expertise with a passion for technology, Success is measured by driving product adoption through thoughtful, accurate product delivery and responding directly to each customers’ needs while simultaneously providing education and enablement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in corporate accounting executing across month-end close tasks (like booking accruals, amortizing prepaid schedules, reconciling cash ledgers, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
  • Deep familiarity across ERP platforms like SAP, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
  • Deep familiarity with the month end close process for a corporate accounting team.
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong organizational hygiene to structure and manage multiple concurrent deliverables.
  • Ability to translate technical accounting concepts to non-accounting stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, in-person-first environment.
  • 1-2 years of product management experience with 2-4 years enterprise software involvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/business or related technical fields, or equivalent work experience with enterprise Office of Finance applications or accounting firms.
  • Proficient with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise Cloud applications and related technical infrastructure (distributed systems, APIs, licensing models, accessibility, data import/export).
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into successful product strategy inputs (Design Thinking experience a plus).
  • Develop roadmap priorities, create user stories, and maintain/refine the product backlog.
  • Work closely with both business and technical resources.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal stakeholder teams (CloudOps, InfoSec, AppSec) to gather and rank competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with agile enablement applications (Jira and Productboard preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Experience scaling research processes and operations within an organization is a plus.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Experience with FinTech products/Finance Operations Management suite.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary product expert for our AI agents, guiding clients from initial design partnership through to successful adoption.
  • Embed with client accounting teams to deeply understand their workflows, gather direct feedback, and translate their needs into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
  • Partner directly with engineering, but also with design, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure seamless product iteration and market fit based on client feedback.
  • Monitor the performance of, and ensure that the quality of product outputs adhere to accounting standards by executing and improving on QA testing processes.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of standard operating procedures, performance analytics, and quality assurance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and knowledge transfer across all involved teams.
