Manager - AI Product Manager
About The Position
EY is seeking a technically fluent Product Manager to work at the intersection of client needs, business strategy, and engineering execution. The role defines product direction and market-driven roadmaps while partnering with engineering, architecture, and design on technical specifications, data flows, and architecture discussions. The position owns the product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery and requirements translation through delivery and adoption. It requires strategic thinking, user empathy, and hands-on execution, including close collaboration across teams to build and deliver AI-enabled or technology-driven products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 6–8+ years of product management work experience, with a proven track record of launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably focused on AI solutions or technology-driven products.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, system design, and modern technology stacks, including APIs, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
- Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agentic strategies, and SaaS.
- Experience with product management tools such as ADO, JIRA, Trello, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks such as JTBD, RICE, OKRs, Lean, Agile, and ShapeUp.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Own the product backlog and translate business requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, integrations, data flows, and system scalability.
- Validate concepts and features through user feedback and iterative testing.
- Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work with engineering, design, and architecture to support timely, high-quality delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly across organizational levels.
