AI Product Manager

•$220,000 - $280,000•Onsite

About The Position

DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP to automate accounting, from data entry through close. The AI Product Manager will set strategy and a multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area, creating direction for other product managers and teams. The role owns complex technical areas end to end, including agents, machine learning, and decisions between LLM-based and deterministic approaches. It also involves designing how data is ingested and synchronized across many systems, creating bidirectional workflows, and building an evaluation system that makes agent reliability and accuracy first-class outcomes, including where agents post to a real ledger. The role drives ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration, and holds the product area accountable for measurable outcomes such as retention, activation, and expansion. The Product Manager partners with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs spanning multiple teams, while improving the processes, tools, and operating model that help the team ship quickly. The position is in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team.
