About The Position

Automation Anywhere is seeking a Product Manager to shape the next generation of agentic AI within its Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform. This role is a hands-on, high-impact position at the forefront of enterprise automation, focusing on computer-use agents and emerging agent harnesses. The Product Manager will translate AI capabilities into usable, commercially valuable, and enterprise-ready products. Success requires strong product instincts, technical curiosity, and the ability to balance strategy and execution. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams, as well as direct engagement with customers and partners to ensure the products address real-world problems. This position is ideal for individuals energized by emerging AI systems, with a deep understanding of enterprise automation, and who thrive at the intersection of product strategy, customer discovery, and technical execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical domain.
4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, with a significant focus on AI products.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Product Manager for Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
Demonstrated experience taking a technical product from concept to launch (0-to-1, end-to-end).
Background in enterprise software, automation platforms, or developer tooling.
Strong product sense for transforming complex, ambiguous problems into clear, delightful product experiences.
Comfortable in strategic discussions and deep execution details.
Solid understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, computer-use agents, agent harnesses, and AI evaluation methodologies.
Proven track record of working effectively across engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to get details distributed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset with experience using data, metrics, and evaluation frameworks to guide product decisions and define success.
Comfortable engaging directly with customers and executives in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
Highly curious, fast learner, and relentlessly biased toward execution and iteration.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
Direct hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, computer-use agents, agent harnesses, and AI evaluation methodologies is a strong advantage.
Experience prototyping with emerging AI and agent-based technologies.

Responsibilities

Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned areas, from ideation through launch and iteration.
Defining and executing the roadmap for computer-use capabilities and emerging agent harnesses within the broader AI platform.
Working directly with customers, partners, and prospects to uncover pain points, validate hypotheses, gather feedback, and build deep domain intuition.
Partnering closely with engineering, UX, and applied AI teams to ship high-quality, technically sophisticated products in an agile environment.
Creating clear, compelling product specifications, PRDs, and narratives to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Using data and evaluation frameworks to define success metrics, measure product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Staying at the forefront of the agentic AI landscape by tracking research, trends, and emerging patterns, and integrating these insights into the roadmap.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, and solutions teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
