About The Position

Retensa is seeking an AI Product Manager to manage their AI SaaS Application. The company's mission is to create workplaces where every employee is engaged by what they do and inspired by who they work for. As a leader of the AI Technology team, the Product Manager will be at the forefront of global software, predictive AI, and Talent Management, contributing to a vision that helps millions of employees enjoy meaningful and fulfilling work. The role involves owning the full product lifecycle for Retensa’s SaaS platforms, acting as a bridge between client needs, business goals, and technical execution to ensure products deliver value, scale effectively, and remain competitive.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in, on, or managing SaaS Web application development
Direct experience bringing AI innovation to on-demand SaaS software
Proficiency to source and prioritize needs from internal team and external client
Interest in helping companies create workplaces that engage, inspire, and retain employees
Ready to take the lead and bring their ideas forward
BA/BS required in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or similar
Ability to balance strategic thinking with real-world-prod-push-this-Wednesday execution

Formal Agile training
PMI (or similar) certification
AWS Certification
Programming, UI/UX, or QA experience
Jira or similar online task tracking experience
Experience managing remote and part-time employees

Responsibilities

Lead Product Strategy: Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals.
Drive Execution: Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and sprint plans.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and client success to deliver high-impact features.
Champion Client Needs: Interact with Client Support to gather feedback, analyze product usage, and integrate insights to inform product priorities.
Innovate: Monitor evolving industry trends and shifts to innovate solutions for competitive advantage.
Monitor Performance: Track product success metrics to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and business impact.
