Requirements

1+ years of experience building AI products
3+ years of product management or similar experience
Strong user research and customer discovery skills
Generalist knowledge of both engineering and design
Familiarity with how AI models and AI agents are built and maintained
Able to design and evaluate prompts, contexts, and model behaviors
Analytical thinker, comfortable with data and experimentation
Great communicator and collaborator
Curious, adaptable, and motivated by learning

Responsibilities

Discover sharp problems worth solving for our customers through interviews, research, and data.
Define clear product goals and success metrics that measure what matters to our customers and our business.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to build, test, launch, and optimize experiences that customers love.
Continuously improve AI product by guiding their improvement with evals and prompt/context tuning.
Balance quick experimental impact with long-term product quality and trust.
Keep an eye on the latest trends in AI, and bring fresh ideas to the roadmap.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
Make sure our AI products are safe, reliable, and ethical.
