About The Position

The AI Product Manager is responsible for defining, building, and scaling AI-powered products within TP’s global product ecosystem. This role partners closely with AI Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, UX, and Business Units to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and high-impact AI solutions. The AI Product Manager owns product discovery, roadmap execution, and performance optimization, ensuring AI products deliver measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains, automation, and experience improvements. The role focuses on strong human-AI orchestration, responsible AI practices, and alignment with TP’s AI strategy. This position is 100% work at home. While this position will be working from home, this candidate must be located within the US and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2–3 years working on AI or ML-driven products.
Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise or digital transformation environments.
Strong experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams in global organizations.
Experience integrating AI technologies into enterprise ecosystems (e.g., Google, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Genesys, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
Demonstrated ability to drive AI product delivery and measurable business outcomes as an individual contributor.
Solid understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, multimodal models, MCP, prompt engineering, model orchestration).
Familiarity with AI platforms and MLOps environments (Azure, AWS, Vertex, etc.).
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product tools (Jira, Aha!, Confluence).
Strong analytical skills to interpret product performance data and user insights.
Strong problem-solver with a product-first and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and outcomes.
Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning in AI and product management.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes.

Nice To Haves

MBA, MSc in AI/ML, or equivalent executive program preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the definition and execution of AI product roadmaps across horizontal and vertical solutions.
Translate business problems into clear AI product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Own the product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Partner with engineering and data teams to validate AI feasibility, model selection, and orchestration approaches.
Ensure products are scalable, secure, explainable, and production-ready.
Work closely with AI Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, UX, PMO, and Business Units to deliver AI solutions on time and at quality.
Act as the primary product point of contact for assigned AI initiatives.
Support adoption through clear documentation, enablement materials, and stakeholder alignment.
Define and track product KPIs such as AHT reduction, automation rate, CSAT improvement, and cost efficiency.
Analyze performance data and user feedback to inform product iterations and enhancements.
Support ROI measurement and value realization for AI initiatives.
Ensure AI products comply with security, data privacy, and responsible AI governance standards.
Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams during product design and deployment.
Promote transparency, explainability, and human-in-the-loop design principles.
Stay informed on AI trends (LLMs, NLP, multimodal models, MCP, orchestration) relevant to assigned products.
Apply emerging AI capabilities pragmatically to enhance existing products and use cases.
