About The Position

Why Geisinger: Geisinger is operationalizing AI at scale across one of the nation's most integrated health systems, moving beyond pilots and proof of concepts to build capabilities that change how care is delivered and how operations run. This role works across clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy functions alongside AI product development and organizational leadership to identify and advance the AI opportunities that matter most. This role is on the front lines of finding problems worth solving. You will build relationships across a complex health system, surface AI opportunities others have not seen yet, and shape what the organization invests in next. Position Summary: This is a role for someone who is energized by exploration and comfortable with ambiguity. You will spend your time moving across Geisinger clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy functions, finding the problems that AI is genuinely positioned to solve and building the evidence that turns those problems into investment decisions. You will not be handed a list of opportunities to document. You will go find them, test whether they are real, and make the case for what deserves attention.
