About The Position

The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product. Prologis seeks both undergraduate and graduate level interns passionate about kickstarting their careers while helping us further our industry leading work across the organization. This internship supports Operational Excellence’s AI workstreams by turning business challenges into practical AI product concepts and working prototypes. You will work with business partners to understand how work gets done, identify opportunities for meaningful improvement, and explore how emerging AI capabilities can address those needs. You will translate business needs into user stories and workflow designs, support early prototypes using approved AI tools, and test your ideas with users. You will consider both the value of a solution and the experience of the people using it, including where AI performs well, where it falls short, and where human judgment is needed. With guidance from the team, you will take ideas from discovery through prototyping, user feedback, and a recommendation for next steps. Your work will help Prologis evaluate promising AI opportunities and shape useful, intuitive experiences for employees.
