About The Position

Retensa is seeking an AI Product Intern for Fall 2026 to join our AI Technology team. This role will be at the forefront of global software, predictive AI, and Talent Management. The intern will contribute to the vision of creating workplaces where every employee is engaged and inspired. This internship offers hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and deploying AI Software as a Service applications, new websites, and mobile application programs. Interns will engage in real-world cross-functional AI technologies and gain insight into innovative solutions to accelerate sprint velocity. This is an opportunity for focused individuals with previous software skills to gain real-world experience and develop their careers.

Requirements

Candidates should be hard working, enthusiastic, and resourceful Seniors or Graduate students in CS, CIS, Web Tech, IT, or MIS.
Experience in any THREE of the following: AI Assisted Development, Web App development, Application Testing/QA, Amazon Cloud (AWS), Agile PM (JIRA), SaaS Product Support, Interactive Voice Agents, HTML, CSS JavaScript
Strict Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Prior web technology skills of any kind are required.
Proficient in English and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Automation testing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Product Specialists on R&D research and feature requirement gathering
Conduct market research and analyze competitive products
Provide testing support in staging and production environments
Engage with software users by providing customer support
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to ensure product shipped meets expectations
