About The Position

Join Intel in shaping the AI Era by being part of a pioneering AI and Data organization within IT. This role is central to driving transformation across Intel by integrating best-of-breed solutions and developing custom platforms. The position involves leading cultural change, uplifting employees, and applying agentic workflows to reimagine business operations. As an Integrator, you will serve as the crucial bridge between corporate strategy and technical execution, ensuring alignment across AI initiatives. You will act as a periscope and early warning system for IT leadership, representing them in key meetings and integrating signals across projects to ensure critical information reaches leadership promptly.

Requirements

Seven to ten years of experience in product management or IT software delivery within an enterprise environment.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field.
Some experience working with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions like Claude, M365 Copilot and others.

Nice To Haves

Fifteen or more years of experience in a senior technical or strategic role bridging business operations and IT teams.
Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
Deep expertise in utilizing process optimization methodologies, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of bridging divergent business and IT perspectives.
Extensive experience working with Generative and Agentic AI solutions like Claude, M365 Copilot and others.
Working knowledge of Intel culture, processes and departments.

Responsibilities

Act as a truth-filter, shielding engineering teams from speculative feature creep while helping the business understand the true value of their requests.
Partner to lead the deployment and integration of Gemini Enterprise, agentic workflows on Google Vertex AI, and advanced coding assistants.
Facilitate deep customer discovery and requirements gathering to maintain a unified view of project health and prevent bottlenecks across strategies.
Champion the AI Center of Excellence, helping to navigate the voice of engineering toward maximum business impact.
Guide the business to get the most value from IT.
