We are building AI agents to deliver AI Transformation, which is expected to be a much larger industry than the current digital transformation consulting industry. Our AI discovers how work happens across teams and applications, structures it into a Context Graph, and continuously improves it. Leading companies like OpenAI, Google, DoorDash, and Stripe use Klarity. We are a fast-paced company that values agency and cares about our customers, team, and mission. We are looking for an AI Product Engineer who is excited to work at the intersection of product thinking and technical execution. This role is for someone early in their career with strong product instincts and the technical skills to build. You will work with senior engineers and product leaders, owning features from customer insight to production.

Requirements

Product thinker with engineering foundations.
Budding product instincts and a genuine interest in understanding users.
Technical background (CS fundamentals, React, TypeScript, Python).
Ability to prototype ideas and ship MVPs.
Eagerness to get in front of users and join customer calls.
Comfort asking thoughtful questions and developing product conviction through real conversations.
Strong UX sensibility and visual taste.
Experience building projects using LLMs or AI APIs (production, internships, or personal work).
Intuition for AI product tradeoffs: scoping around non-determinism, when AI adds value vs. complexity, setting user expectations for probabilistic systems.
Use of AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, and Replit for rapid prototyping.
Care about whether shipped features worked successfully.
Desire to define success metrics, talk to users, analyze data, and iterate based on learnings.
Bring energy that elevates others.
0-2 years in product management or product engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Own meaningful pieces of product features, from prototyping through shipping.
Make product and UX decisions with real technical context.
Write code in React, TypeScript, and Python to bring ideas to life.
Use AI-assisted development tools to move fast.
Ship MVPs, gather feedback, and iterate.
Work alongside engineers and AI researchers to translate technical possibilities into customer-loved experiences.
Develop judgment about where AI creates real value versus unnecessary complexity.
Build conviction by shipping and learning, not by theorizing.
Run experiments, analyze results, and develop product intuition through rapid iteration in a high-trust environment.
