Your role As an AI Product Engineer, you’ll design, build, and scale AI-powered products that directly support our business strategy. You’ll work across AI agent development, backend engineering, and cloud infrastructure—bringing solutions to life in a secure, scalable way. You’ll partner closely with data, IT, and business teams to deliver high-impact tools, including enhancements to our Insight Driven Selling platform and future AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development
• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization
• Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Working knowledge of React for UI integration
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using tools like LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop advanced prompting strategies to improve performance and reliability
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, APIs, and external services
• Build and scale backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Develop and manage secure, production-ready APIs
• Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Azure services
• Implement observability and monitoring for AI systems
• Contribute to a React-based dashboard for user-facing functionality
• Own features end-to-end—from design through deployment and support
