We are looking for an AI Product Engineer who is passionate about the intersection of product thinking and technical execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with strong product instincts and the technical skills to build. You will work with senior engineers and product leaders, taking ownership of features from customer insight to production.

Requirements

Product thinker with engineering foundations.
Budding product instincts and a genuine interest in understanding users.
Technical background (CS fundamentals, React, TypeScript, Python).
Comfortable joining customer calls, asking thoughtful questions, and developing product conviction through real conversations.
Strong UX sensibility and visual taste; notices when flows feel off, cares about spacing and hierarchy, and forms strong opinions about how things should work.
Experience building projects using LLMs or AI APIs (production, internships, or personal work).
Intuition for AI product tradeoffs: scoping around non-determinism, when AI adds value vs. complexity, and setting user expectations for probabilistic systems.
Uses AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, and Replit to prototype rapidly and test product directions.
Cares about whether what they shipped actually worked successfully; wants to define success metrics, talk to users, analyze data, and iterate based on learnings.
Brings energy that elevates others and sees hard product problems as puzzles to solve.
0-2 years in product management or product engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Own meaningful pieces of product features, from prototyping through shipping, working with senior team members to understand customer problems.
Make product and UX decisions with real technical context.
Write code in React, TypeScript, and Python to bring ideas to life.
Use AI-assisted development tools to move fast, ship MVPs, gather feedback, and iterate.
Work alongside engineers and AI researchers to understand technical possibilities and translate them into customer-loved experiences.
Develop judgment about where AI creates real value versus unnecessary complexity.
Build conviction by shipping and learning, running experiments, analyzing results, and developing product intuition through rapid iteration in a high-trust environment.
