We are seeking a motivated AI Process Engineering Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to support this transformation through process optimization, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business processes, data, and emerging AI capabilities, partnering with business and technology teams to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for intelligent automation, and help operationalize AI solutions in a secure, scalable, and well‑governed manner. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional passionate about applying AI and data to drive measurable business outcomes and contribute to Voya’s digital‑first culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, automation, or AI‑related initiatives
• Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, or process automation concepts
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and/or Excel
• Ability to clearly document business processes, workflows, and requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams

Nice To Haves

• Management consultancy or startup experience is preferred
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow technologies
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or business process re‑engineering methodologies
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Demonstrated interest in enterprise data platforms, responsible AI, and digital transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Analyze end‑to‑end business processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains aligned with enterprise data and AI initiatives
• Support the design and implementation of AI‑enabled and data‑driven solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and productivity
• Assist with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation to support scalable and repeatable solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand operational challenges, data dependencies, and automation opportunities
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities using trusted enterprise data sources
• Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of AI, analytics, and automation solutions in alignment with governance and risk standards
• Prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and documentation for business and technology stakeholders
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, automation trends, and industry best practices, with a focus on responsible and secure adoption
