About The Position

Seeking a candidate who combines strong analytical capability with proven leadership, communication, and influence skills to drive business outcomes in a global, cross‑matrix organization. This role partners across functions (IT, AI and Business Leaders – including global teams) to define business needs, map and improve business processes, translate requirements into actionable deliverables, and lead AI projects from discovery through production implementation. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of AI concepts and can identify opportunities for automation, AI, and improve business experience.

  • Business Process Mapping Hands-on experience creating process maps and workflows; translating process changes into requirements.
  • Experience identifying root causes and applying structured problem-solving (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone, Pareto).
  • Project Leadership Proven ability to lead projects/workstreams end-to-end, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • AI Fundamentals (Basic Knowledge) Familiarity with AI terminology and practical applications; ability to spot opportunities and understand constraints (privacy, hallucinations, bias, data quality).
  • Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations excellence, or technology enablement roles.
  • Experience working with global teams and multiple time zones is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with AI tools such as AdientIQ, Microsoft CoPilot, Gemini.
  • Exposure to responsible AI practices, data governance, privacy/compliance considerations, or model risk concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Leadership Serve as a trusted partner to business and technology leaders to clarify objectives, scope, success metrics, and value cases.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive-level discussions to elicit needs, align priorities, and resolve competing demands.
  • Influence decisions by presenting clear options, trade-offs, risks, and data-backed recommendations.
  • Business Process Mapping & Improvement Lead end-to-end current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) process mapping using standard frameworks (e.g., SIPOC, BPMN, value stream mapping).
  • Identify bottlenecks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities; define process standardization across regions and teams.
  • Translate process insights into AI and Automation requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, short-term vs long-term requirements, and test scenarios.
  • Project & Change Leadership Lead Innovation/AI projects/workstreams in partnership with project managers and product owners, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination, dependency management, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and readiness activities.
  • Support change management: communications, training needs, stakeholder adoption plans, and post-performance metrics.
  • AI Awareness & Digital Enablement (Basic Knowledge) Demonstrate basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., automation, predictive insights, generative AI, model limitations and bias).
  • Identify and document AI-related use cases (e.g., knowledge retrieval, summarization, workflow automation) while ensuring responsible use and governance alignment.
  • Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into measurable AI-enabled outcomes (e.g., cycle time reduction, quality improvements, 10% staff reduction).
  • Communications & Executive Reporting Produce high-quality artifacts: business cases, BRDs/PRDs, process maps, stakeholder updates, executive summaries, and decision briefs.
  • Communicate clearly across audiences—from frontline users to senior leadership—tailoring message, format, and level of detail.
  • Enable transparency through dashboards and KPI tracking tied to business value.
