Requirements

  • Current or prior experience working in or supporting claims in Auto, Fire or Shared Services
  • Current or prior experience in a process related role
  • Current or prior data analysis experience

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates, designs, executes, measures and monitors claims business processes
  • Partners with claims teams to deliver process improvements and ensure that business process outcomes align to strategic objectives
  • Partners with Enterprise Technology and other stakeholders to develop and prioritize technology solutions
  • Participates in the development, maintenance, and consistent application of standard processes across area of responsibility in either Auto or Fire Claims
  • Utilizes appropriate methods and tools to perform data collection and analysis
  • Leads high impact and/or complex projects
  • Communicates results of research and analysis for complex business needs
  • Recommends viable solutions and alternatives
  • Uses independent discretion and judgment to modify methodology when necessary
  • Gathers, classifies, and analyzes data relevant to operational metrics and processes
  • Serves as team member on process improvement/redesign projects
  • Evaluates process adherence and consistency
