About The Position

This is an opportunity to join i-Lead ® Realty Group, affiliated with eXp Realty, a fast-growing real estate team in Dallas–Fort Worth. We utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools combined with daily coaching to support new agents and career changers. The role is designed for individuals in real estate school, newly licensed, or with less than two years of experience, providing leads, tools, and a step-by-step system for success. Unlike traditional methods, i-Lead ® agents leverage AI for instant lead nurturing, smart market analytics, and automated marketing, allowing them to focus on clients rather than paperwork and cold calls. The position offers world-class training in sales and wealth building, emphasizing leadership skills that extend beyond real estate.

Requirements

• Active Texas Real Estate License (or currently taking classes to get one).
• 0–2 years of real estate experience.
• Strong drive to learn and lead.
• Strong work ethic and good daily habits.
• Computer, headset, and reliable internet service.
• Excitement to use simple AI tools and modern tech.
• A reliable car to travel around the DFW area.
