About The Position

We are seeking an AI Operations Engineer to embed AI into every workflow that matters across GTM, finance, ops, and engineering. You will understand what our developers are building, build alongside them, and have the strategic instinct to know where automation creates the most leverage. Conduct is building the AI operating system that absorbs complexity and gives enterprises back their speed and ambition. We are a small, talent-dense team doing our life's work out of London and NYC, focused on extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or technical product role.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Comfortable with code-first approaches and able to prototype real workflows.
• Understanding of how software is built and ability to contribute meaningfully to engineering productivity.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Clay, Gumloop, or similar.
• Strong process thinking skills to identify inefficiency, prioritize, and design adopted solutions.
• High ownership and low ego; comfortable with hands-on building and presenting business cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify the highest-leverage opportunities across the company for AI integration.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling.
• Own the end-to-end adoption of AI solutions.
• Partner directly with functional leads across GTM, product, finance, and ops.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling, using both code-first approaches and modern low-code platforms.
• Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical builds, contribute to developer productivity workflows, and build automations that make engineers faster.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge systems that compound in value over time.
