About The Position

This role is focused on driving the adoption and effective utilization of AI technologies within STARK's operations. The AI Operations Enablement Lead will be responsible for developing strategies, implementing solutions, and providing training to ensure that AI tools enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. The goal is to empower design industry professionals and support the creation of unique and specially designed spaces by leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Requirements

Proven experience in AI implementation and operations management.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and data science principles.
Experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g., cloud-based AI services, automation software).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
Experience in the luxury goods or design industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for the integration of AI technologies into STARK's operational workflows.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI for process automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced decision-making.
Implement and manage AI-powered tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Provide training and support to employees on the effective use of AI tools and applications.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, assessing their potential applicability to STARK's business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in the implementation of AI solutions.
