About The Position

We are seeking an AI-Native Software Engineer with expertise in AWS to join our team. This role involves leveraging AI technologies throughout the software development lifecycle, from breaking down user stories to AI-assisted coding, testing, automated defect resolution, and deployment. You will be responsible for building and deploying production systems on AWS, developing server-side and client-side applications, and ensuring the security and scalability of large-scale systems.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated fluency in leveraging AI technologies across the entire software development lifecycle, including breaking down user stories into actionable tasks, AI-assisted coding and testing, automated defect resolution, and deployment of fully tested software.
• Deep, hands-on experience building and deploying production systems on AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, API Gateway), with a track record of real, customer-facing applications running in production.
• Server-side software development experience with Python, Java, NodeJS, and/or other similar technologies.
• Client-side web application development experience using React, Backbone, native JavaScript, and/or other comparable technologies.
• Expertise in building secure, large-scale systems using fault-tolerant technologies (such as Elasticsearch, CockroachDB, Oracle, MongoDB & Kafka).

• CISSP/CCSP or similar security certification
