About The Position

This is not a traditional internship. This is a Product Management residency for individuals who want to become AI-native PMs operating at the highest level. You will work directly with Product Managers and revenue leaders to build and scale AI-powered products across Lofty’s real estate platform. From day one, you will operate like a junior PM owning problems, shipping solutions, and using AI to dramatically increase your speed and output.

• AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools daily to think, build, and execute faster
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
• Clear communication and ability to break down complex problems
• Hunger to build, ship, and learn at a rapid pace

Responsibilities

• Own real product problems across acquisition, activation, and monetization—not shadow, but build
• Use AI daily to generate insights, write product specs, analyze data, and prototype solutions
• Run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue across the funnel
• Partner with sales, marketing, and engineering to ship features and measure impact
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions with speed and rigor
