About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Model Validator to join our team. The AI Model Validator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI models used in healthcare decision making. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute validation plans to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of AI models.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify and address any issues or errors in the AI models.
Monitor and track the performance of AI models and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct thorough testing and analysis of AI models to identify potential biases and ensure fairness.
Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into the validation process.
Document all validation processes and results for future reference and compliance purposes.
