About The Position

As an AI Model Validator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI models used in patient care. You will work closely with our data scientists and developers to validate, test, and troubleshoot AI models, ensuring they meet our high standards for reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI model validation or a similar role
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Validate and test AI models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in predicting patient outcomes
• Collaborate with data scientists and developers to identify and troubleshoot any issues with the models
• Develop and maintain validation protocols and procedures to ensure consistent and thorough testing of AI models
• Monitor and track performance metrics of AI models and provide regular reports to the team
• Stay current on industry developments and best practices for AI model validation and make recommendations for improvements to our processes
• Communicate with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and patients, to gather feedback and incorporate it into model validation
• Assist in the integration of AI models into our healthcare system, ensuring seamless and efficient implementation
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on the use of AI in our services
