Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting AI/ML model development, model governance, or model risk management.
- Knowledge of model validation processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and Agile delivery experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Conversational AI, Generative AI, virtual assistants, or digital platform technologies.
- Understanding of AI governance, explainability, bias testing, and model monitoring practices.
- Experience preparing models for validation, audit, or regulatory review.
- Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead model governance and validation readiness activities across the AI/ML model lifecycle.
- Coordinate model documentation, evidence collection, validation support, and findings remediation.
- Partner with Data Scientists, Validators, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to meet governance and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure models are audit, MRM, and production ready, including monitoring, testing, and explainability requirements.
